I have been teaching private and small group Food Styling and Photography workshops for students the basic techniques for food styling different types of food (Salads, Drinks, Desserts, Main Dishes, Appetizers, etc.) along with the basics of prop styling, set design, and art direction and basics for food photography – lighting (natural vs. artificial), camera settings, shooting angles and composition, special effects, and post production.
